The Koolfog process is the result of nearly two decades of experience
in the industry. We are a company committed to innovation and
problem solving. Whether we are are customizing Koolfog systems
for specific applications, researching new techniques for cooling,
humidification and effects or designing new products, our process
allows us to develop the most successful solutions for our clients.
The Koolfog Process
We inquire. We are ultimately
going to answer the “How?” but along the way we
touch on all of the others – the “Where?”
the “What?” the “Who?” and the “When?”
Whether we are developing a warehouse environment that is
ideal for product storage or creating a cool and comfortable
cabana for resort guests, accurate project definition results
in the appropriate system selection and implementation.
Design & Engineering
We create. Every system is designed
and built to match specific customer and site requirements.
If appropriate, psychrometric calculations are performed to
determine the water flow rate, effective control volume (ECV),
and pertinent thermodynamic parameters such as humidity ratio,
enthalpy and dry & wet bulb temperatures.
We also ensure that we design in precise pump and motor parameters
and sensor & system control technology. The resulting
Koolfog system is consequently more efficient, reliable, and
guaranteed to meet client requirements.
Production
We take pride. At Koolfog we
build each and every system with the utmost care and quality,
no matter if it is a standard pump module system or a large-scale
custom system. Our top priority is quality. All fabrication
and assembly is completed in house to ensure workmanship and
performance; and every component is fully tested before delivery.
Delivery
We deliver. It is that simple.
Koolfog prides itself in delivering on-time whether we are
simply shipping systems direct to our clients or managing
the installation process itself. With our clients spread throughout
the world and in different industries, we are interested in

We enhance.Koolfog enjoys many
